Frequently Asked Questions

Once you sign up you will receive an email within 24 hours to go over the specifics of your service and to schedule clean-up.

How does the billing process work?

All services are pre-billed one month in advance and must be prepaid. A credit card is required to be on file to start service. An automatic recurring charge to the card on file will be made on the first day of each month’s billing cycle for all the service visits in that cycle. The billing cycle for new clients will start on the day of the initial clean-up. The card on file will be charged on the same day as the initial clean-up, including charges for one month of service.

Can we scoop with your dogs in the yard?

We love dogs, but for the safety of everyone, we will not enter your yard when a pet is left unattended. Prior to our arrival, you will receive a notification we are on the way.

Do you work in bad weather?

We will be there rain or shine! In the event of severe weather, you will be notified that service will be postponed to your next service date where we will scoop double the poop.

What if my clean-up falls on a holiday?

You will still receive service for that week but on a different day. We will notify you in advance which day we will be out. Service will resume on your normal service day the following week.

Does my lawn need to be regularly mowed?

Lawns must be kept short and free of leaves and debris. If we can’t see it we can’t scoop it.

Am I able to pause my service?

Yes! With the proper 48 hour notice you may pause at any time.
